How do I fill out this label?
- Firstly you must email queries@katiesplaypen.co.uk notifying us that you
wish to return your product.
- Katie’s playpen will then email you with your returns number
- Enter this returns number clearly in the box above
- Enter the sender’s details in block capitals only.
- Then you must print this label.
- Cut out the label around the dotted lines clearly marked.
- Secure this label to the outside of the box or packaging making this visible for couriers to clearly see.

Upon receiving your items, if it does not meet your expectations you may return your product within 7 Days.
To return a product you MUST email us notifying us that you do
not require your product. Upon this you will receive a returns
number.
WE CAN NOT PROCESS ANY RETURN WITHOUT
YOUR RETURNS NUMBER.
Upon receiving this
number you must click on the link at the bottom of this page which will take you
to a returns label page, you will then follow the instructions
attached.
Any unwanted products must be returned unused in original
packaging with your completed return label securely attached on the outside of
box/packaging.
You may return the product yourself at your own expense
or Katie’s Playpen will provide this service at a charge of £20.00.
Katie’s Playpen will not be responsible for any losses or damages if you use your own courier.
If a picking error has occurred by Katie’s Playpen we will be responsible for all carriage charges.
Upon receiving the goods back and after inspection we will credit your account within 30 days.
