Katie’s Playpen Specialise in high quality Repairs and Servicing to all Major Makes and Models of Prams and Pushchairs. To find out if we can repair your buggy or pram please contact us we will be happy to assist.
REPAIRS:
Katie’s Playpen have a fully equipped repair centre on site where we can repair most Products and we are the accredited repair agent for Maclaren within South East England. Most of the repairs we undertake are completed the same day and we find this form’s a very worthwhile part of our Customer Service.
Charges will be applied depending on the parts and repair taken out on your product. Please contact us and one of our qualified Repairs Staff will do their utmost to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
PARTS:
For those cases where you are unable to bring your Pushchair or Pram in for repair or servicing we may still be able to help by supplying replacement parts. To find out if we can meet your needs please contact us. Please note we do not take any responsibility of you the customer to ensure the person doing the fitting is fully trained.
SERVICING:
If you have a Pushchair or Pram that’s either been stored or you just generally feel it needs to be checked before you use it, one of our qualified repair men will be happy to take a look.
